Bucky Dome Finale on september 9
In spite of the lousy weather, we’ve had a summer full of interesting music and other stuff at the Bucky Dome since the opening on may 17.
The final week will be focuse on John Cage whose 100 years birthday was celebrated on september 5 with lots of music during the week.

Okay Temiz Oriental Wind at the Dome
Okay is back in town for the first time in many years. Okay was one of the musicians taking part of the original Dome in 1971. He stayed for a long time in Sweden playing with Don Cherry, Sevda and Oriental Wind. He is regarded as one of the leading percussionist in the world, now with his base in his native Istanbul. For the Dome he put together his Oriental Wind band with Bobo Stensson, Lennart Åberg, Christian Spering and son Tom Temiz. Continue reading
Adam Rudolph GO: Organic Orchestra workshop at the Dome july 10-14
American percussionist Adam Rudolph will lead a workshop from tuesday to saturday ending in a concert on july 14 at 7.pm.
